Rain Policy
The following refund policy will apply to all tournaments.
If a team plays no games due to rainout, the team will receive a refund of their entry fee.
If a team plays in or starts one game and it gets canceled due to rainout, the team will receive a refund of 50% of their entry fee.
If a team plays in or starts two games and it gets canceled due to rainout, no part of the entry fee will be refunded.
We will schedule each participating team to play the minimum number of games stated for each tournament, weather permitting.
We will make every effort to prepare fields and play games if it rains. Teams should not assume games are canceled due to rain. They should come to the designated venue at the scheduled game time.
Refund Policy
Once schedule is completed if a team drops out or is a no show to the event then entry fee will not be refunded.
If a team chooses not to play and gives more than 7days notice then team will receive full refund minus any credit card charges.
If a team chooses not to play and gives less than 7days and is prior to schedule completed the team will receive refund minus $100 and any credit card charges.
On any online transaction the credit card processor charges $10 per transaction.
Please keep in mind we are not looking to keep your money, but the cost and time to revise any schedule, field rentals and umpire assignments is very time consuming to do. All refunds generally take 30-45 days to process.
